TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Finsod! We are Avetex B.V., trading as "Finsod".
We hope you enjoy shopping with us at Finsod. We try to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, which is why we have put together these terms and conditions ("Terms") that apply to your order.
Please note that these Terms apply to consumers. If you are not a consumer but are interested in working with us, please get in touch using the contact details below.
1. MEET FINSOD
Finsod is the trading name of Avetex B.V., a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) established in the Netherlands. You can find our full range of workwear in our webshop.

2. OFFER AND AGREEMENT
2.1 When you purchase an item from Finsod through our webshop, you enter into an agreement with Avetex B.V. (trading as Finsod). These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
2.2 We make sure these Terms are easily accessible at the time you place your order and at any time afterwards. You can read, re-read, or download the current and most recent version of the Terms via our website.
2.3 To make sure your order is delivered correctly, we ask that you provide us with accurate information and contact details. We store your information securely and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
2.4 An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on Finsod. Please contact us if you doubt the validity of an offer.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 The prices shown in our webshop are the total prices, exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
3.2 You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the Finsod webshop.
3.3 If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may charge extra duties, such as import tax. Finsod has no influence or control over such charges and cannot provide further information about them. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may need to be paid upon delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You should check yourself whether the ordered products can be exported and imported to the relevant country, and what the costs are, before placing such an order.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Finsod ships exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. Orders are shipped to you from our warehouses in Germany or France.
4.2 We offer two shipping options:
- Standard shipping (free): delivery within 4–5 business days.
- Express shipping (insured, €4.95): delivery within 2–3 business days.
4.3 Finsod aims to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible, and we take care to ensure products are shipped accurately. If you receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receiving the products, so we can resolve it for you.
4.4 Orders are shipped to the delivery address and via the shipping method you selected at checkout.
4.5 If an incorrect address is provided, the costs of a lost product are for your own account.
5. QUALITY, LEGAL WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
5.1 Finsod aims to display products as completely and accurately as possible on its website. The nature of the products offered may lead to differences (such as colour differences) between the product as shown on the website and the product delivered to you.
5.2 The products we offer are of course subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product depends partly on the material of the product, the intensity of use, and the level of maintenance. Finsod's products are made from quality materials as described in the webshop, and are built to withstand demanding working conditions. For optimal lifespan and quality, please follow the care instructions provided. If you nevertheless believe something is wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by phone, email, or post).
5.3 If you have discussed your complaint with us but wish to submit your complaint to another body, you can contact the Dispute Committee via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 By law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product to withdraw from your agreement with Finsod, without giving any reason.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email to support@finsod.com). It is also possible to partially withdraw from the agreement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
6.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
6.4 After ending the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to the address of Finsod as stated in section 1, unless we provide you with a separate return address or return label.
6.5 You may try out our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a physical shop. Please ensure that any tags remain attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning a product. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or washed, where tags have been removed, or that show other signs of wear, Finsod will deduct this reduction in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only Finsod is entitled to determine this reduction in value.
6.6 Finsod will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original payment.
6.7 Return shipping costs are for your own account, unless stated otherwise at the time of your return.
7. RETURN POLICY
7.1 We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at support@finsod.com and we will explain how to proceed.
7.2 Send the product back as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days after notifying us of your return, to the address of Finsod as stated in section 1, unless we provide you with a separate return address.
7.3 Please ensure that any tags remain attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning a product. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or washed, where tags have been removed, or that show other signs of wear, Finsod will deduct this reduction in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only Finsod is entitled to determine this reduction in value.
7.4 The return policy does not apply to goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
7.5 Finsod will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original payment.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Finsod (Avetex B.V.) owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, the products, and the website, including all promotional materials such as video and photography.
9. CHANGES
9.1 Changes to these Terms will be published on our website. We advise you to read these Terms carefully whenever you order from us.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
10.1 These Terms and the agreement between you and Finsod are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the competent Dutch court shall decide the matter, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of the country in which you reside.
