Your order is handed over to the carrier shortly after it is packed at one of our warehouses in Germany or France. Once your parcel has been handed over, you will receive an email with a track & trace number.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

 

Finsod currently ships exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. We are unable to deliver to addresses outside the Netherlands at this time.

PLEASE NOTE

 

- Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany or France to your delivery address in the Netherlands.

- Express shipments are insured, so your parcel is covered against loss or damage in transit.

- No delivery to PO boxes or military bases. To ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time, we work with reliable carriers who are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO boxes or military bases. Please provide a valid physical address (home or office address) at checkout.

- If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, any resulting costs for a lost parcel are for your own account.

- If you receive an incomplete or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at support@finsod.com so we can resolve it for you.
