RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Want to return an item? No problem at all. To start a return, please contact us at support@finsod.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will explain how to proceed.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Finsod products purchased via our webshop can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and, where applicable, still has its original tags attached.

 

You may try on or inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, as you would in a physical shop. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or show other signs of use beyond this, Finsod will deduct the resulting reduction in value from the amount to be refunded to you. Only Finsod is entitled to determine this reduction in value.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

1. Contact us at support@finsod.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. We will confirm the return and provide you with the return address.

3. Send the product back as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days of receiving your order, to the address of Finsod as stated below.

 

REFUNDS

 

Finsod will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. You will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original payment.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

Return shipping costs are for your own account, unless we state otherwise at the time you register your return.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The right of return does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and that have been unsealed after delivery.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item using the process above.

 

DISPUTES

 

If you have discussed your complaint with us but wish to submit it to another body, you can contact the Dispute Committee via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
